Jean Lee / Jeff Marvin Collegiate
The Indiana Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance is soliciting applicants for the Jean Lee/Jeff Marvin Collegiate Scholarships. Each year the Indiana AHPERD awards four (4) $1,000 scholarships to undergraduate students who:
- are attending an Indiana college or university
- will be juniors or seniors during the coming academic year
- are majoring in health education, physical education, recreation, dance education, or allied areas (including sport administration).
Application Deadline:
All applications must be postmarked no later than December 1. Applications mailed after the deadline will not be considered. The applications are located below. Please duplicate copies as needed.
Scholarship Application
Please note that applicants must have two faculty, who are current IAHPERD members, submit letters of recommendation as part of the application process. Thank you for your assistance in publicizing and promoting the IAHPERD Collegiate Scholarship program.
